I found the breathwork session to be a real surprise where I learned about and experienced the power of our breath to change the state of our mind and body. I don't think I have ever breathed so deeply or felt more relaxed and at peace when the session was over - plus the sleep that night was amazing! Chris guided me through the process and gave great insight into what I experienced and how to use my breathing to better control my emotions and moods for a more balanced life.
