I had heard about breath work through the different podcasts that i listened to and knew it was something that i wanted to explore, however, I didn’t go any further than looking at some different websites of people that offered this service as i was very mindful that I needed to feel trust and comfortable with the breath work facilitator. As a result of this, I didn’t end up pursuing breath work or booking in with anyone for a session.

I started a new job this year and my colleagues recommended Chris as they knew I was interested in doing breath work.

I very quickly made contact with Chris and knew straight away that i would feel comfortable with him holding space for me.

Right from the very start, Chris made me feel very comfortable and made the initial process very easy. This included the introductory messages, booking in the appointment, and the initial questionnaire. Chris explained things and asked if i had any questions. I felt extremely safe, well informed, and looked after.

Chris has held space for me a number of times and each time i have experienced different feelings, emotions and energy. All of these elements relating to what i was focusing on in my breath work journey.

Chris’ holistic approach to breath work means he knows exactly what i want to be working on and ensures he creates a space that is calming, peaceful, and safe. Throughout the sessions, Chris is attentive and makes sure i am breathing correctly. This means i get the most out of the session.

Each session lasts for approximately 1.5hrs and comprises of three parts. This includes the pre breath work discussion where Chris talks and finds out what it is you want to be working on for the session. The breath work itself where with the help of a carefully chosen music compilation, Chris guides you through the breath work, and the final after breath work check in where Chris sits with you and talks about your experience.

I am using breath work to better myself and to help me release aspects of my past that are no longer serving me. Each session leaves me feeling calm and grounded.

Chris’ holistic approach, positive and caring attitude, and knowledge about breath work means I would have no hesitation in recommending Chris to anyone who is wanting to know more about what breath work is or who is looking to deepen their breath work journey.

Whether you are someone who is only wanting to experience one session or someone who wants to use breath work on a more regular basis, Chris is the person to work with.
